Artwork Acquisition Terms and Conditions

Artwork is a unique and non-standard commodity. Once an acquisition intention is confirmed, V&E ART will issue an

Order Form. Upon confirmation and signature by the purchaser, the Order Form shall constitute a legally binding

purchasing agreement. This agreement cannot be unilaterally terminated by the purchaser unless such termination is

directly attributable to the Company.

• Taxation: All artwork prices are exclusive of tax. A 5% Value-Added Tax (VAT) will be added if a tax

invoice (Unified Invoice) is required.

• Payment Terms: Upon the establishment of the order, the buyer must make full payment within 7 daysand

provide proof of payment before the seller arranges for shipment. Any alternative payment schedules agreed

upon by both parties must be explicitly stated in the “Remarks” section. If the buyer fails to clear the full

payment within the designated timeframe, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order and forfeit the

deposit without refund.

• Product Exchange: If the buyer wishes to modify the selected artwork after payment has been completed, the

acquisition item may be exchanged subject to mutual agreement from both parties.

• Shipping & Customs: All shipping fees, packaging costs, and import customs duties/taxes shall be borne

entirely by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing. The seller shall not be held liable for any delivery

delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

• Insurance & Liability: The buyer is strongly advised to purchase transit insurance for the artwork. The risk

of loss or damage to the artwork transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. The seller is not responsible

for any damage or loss incurred during international transit.

Accepted Payment Methods: Domestic & International Wire Transfer, TapPay, WeChat Pay, PayPal.

藝術品購藏規範:

藝術品非一般商品，確認購藏意願後，皆由V&E ART 發至訂購單經訂購人確認並簽章後，

視同訂購契約書，除可歸責於本公司外不得任意解除本契約。

• 作品定價皆為未稅價格，若需開立發票，需另加 5% 之營業稅。

• 訂單成立後，買方款項需於7天內付清所有款項，並提出付款證明，爾後賣方才出貨。

若雙方有其他議定之付款日期，需於備註中載明。若買方未於指定期限內付清款項，賣方有權取消

訂單並沒收訂金不予退還。

• 若買方於付款之後欲更改收藏品項，經雙方同意可以更換購藏品項。

支付方式: 國內外匯款、Tappay、Wechatpay、PayPal
